Financially Feasible
The Bay Park Conservancy continues to operate a lean, effective and efficient nonprofit organization.
2021
In 2021, 98% of all expenses supported program services.
Combined, only 2% was spent on fundraising, general and administrative expenses.
At calendar year end, The Bay Park Conservancy, Inc. held $6,466,778 in cash or cash equivalents.

The Bay Funding is On Track
The Bay is funded through a combination of individual donor contributions, philanthropic foundations and government sources.
Thanks to these generous supporters, The Bay is ahead of schedule for funding for Phase 1 and beyond.
Philanthropy
The support of our local foundations has led the way in ensuring The Bay becomes a reality. We are thrilled to have support from all five major foundations which is allowing us to go from imagining to realizing the possibilities of The Bay.

City Approval Enables The Bay Park to Open Five Years Earlier
In a momentous 5-0 vote, the second amendment to the Partnership Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the BPC was approved by the Sarasota City Commission on November 15.
